dreamin......

Just been lurking about on ebay, watching auctions on a few impractical fantasy items. Sort of window shopping for the desk bound.
Great fun, but the temptation to put in a bid on a beautifully dilapidated 1968 Citroen DS was almost too much to resist.
Me and my beret would look fabulous in it.....cracked leather seats, funky one spoke space age steering wheel, hydro suspension, Serge Gainsboro on the stereo, Disc Bleu clamped in the side of the mouth, squinting enigmatically through the smoke......oh yes.

Up top is the last pose from this weeks Tuesday life class, very Galic in style, as it happens.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again...just gorgeous.

I wish you were closer to Atlanta so I could tour your studio. You are incredibly talented and I really enjoy your work.

Cheers, Darling!

Mate, have you thought about trying a virtual studio? Just a thought after comment one.

Beautiful...

Now, have you any advice for a panic-stricken artist? I've got an exhibition imminent and the only stuff I'm able to produce is, quite frankly, pants. I tried drinking a bottle of wine, which took my mind into dark corners,so now I'm pessimistic and hungover.

Great twist on the figure and liked the colour placement. Shame about the car - just tell yourself that someone at the last moment outbid you. Sounds like another love you could not resist painting!! The EDP had an article on some old cars found in delapidated Norfolk barns recently... offer to paint them for payment with one (after renovation!).

SoVix, always a pleasure to have you drop in. xx

Kitty, I try my best.

Anon, thinking the same thoughts.

Sarah, been ther myself today. The only advice I can offer is to keep going.

Joan, I'm trying to keep my obsessions down to the bare minimum, but failing...
