Spring has not sprung

The wildest day I can remember for a very long time. Winds gusting up to 80 knots apparently.

Scuse my language, but it's the kind of day which reminds us all how fucking wonderful it is to be alive.

Absolutely my freaky friend. Good to feel absolutely insignificant now and then.
First time for a long time that I was concerned for my safety while working with the camera !

Went to Weybourne, Salthouse, Cley and Blakeney this morning. Didn't see many tourists around! Leave it to the locals......it's all a bit too scary for the incomers.

I love this scene! Yep, I agree with beachfreak, witnessing nature in this way reminds us of how vulnerable we actually are and how "fucking wonderful it is to be alive!" (Great quote, by the way) I love storms! I wish we had more out here in California...I guess I gotta settle with earthquakes and sunny days instead.

It was the same all up and down the coast, strange thing to toy with the raging sea. If anyone had gone in it would have been bye-bye. Shows you just how many people out there don't have a clue how quickly it can go wrong when she's a bit angry. I was at Cley beach car park when the cops came down to close the road. Most of the people there were just looking, one or two were getting as close as they could, silly really. Mind you, we can't risk assess everything!

I think one or two of the boys off the crew were on the prom when the Polis and the coasties tried to shut the place off !
