Aristo's carboot

As previously promised, some images from the posh carboot sale last weekend, at Holkham Hall in Norfolk.

A unique event, I'm sure you will agree.

Thanks for the peek into your world, Same, at the carboot sale. I especially like bottom image of man with scarf. He looks like a very jolly old man! Must have been cold that weekend?

He looked like an escaped Russian !

We had some lovely Spring weather two weeks ago, now it seems like winter again. Not much evidence of global warming here.

yes, I didn't want to say that, but I would agree!

well we had summer two weeks ago, winter one week ago, and then back to fall this week. No, not much evidence here either.

How sad.

Don't get all arty on me, it's not sad, it's something called professionalism. I love the pic of the old boy - and the grumpy woman reminds me of my childhood, when I woz a bit posh myself. She probably hasn't smiled in public for 30 years.

OK, how professional !

You know, I think you might be right about that woman.....she had a certain look of disdain for the lower orders that you don't see very often anymore.
